Shipping and returns

Everyone loves fast free shipping, don’t we? Of course we do.

Buuuuut, in this case, fast will be a relative term. See, your shirt, hat, etc, don’t get made, until you order it. Once you’ve picked out one or several of your favorite 2218 pieces, that order gets sent to the printing facility closest to you. For orders in the states, that would be California or North Carolina. And, orders from abroad are handled in Latvia or Mexico.

I really liked the idea that there would be little to no waste associated with production. And you get fresh clothing, made especially for you, a few days after you order it. Once it’s made, it’s packaged up and sent to your door.

So, because you get a “hot off of the press” piece of apparel, it will take a few more days to reach you. So, here are the shipping estimates and a run down of the return policy, as well. So, we’re all on the same page and there isn’t any confusion.

Shipping Policies

Here are the estimated delivery times:    

USA: 5­-8 business days 

Canada: 6-­12 business days 

World: 10-­20 business days   

Orders are sent out on,  average, within 3 days of ordering

International shipping: 

Please note, International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country,  and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. 2218 does not take responsibility for customs fees. Just so you know.

Order never arrived: 

If your order didn’t end up arriving, drop me a line. Things happen and people can and will make mistakes.   

With that being said, First, check your shipping confirmation and be certain that you entered the correct address. If  the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address,  however, it will have to be at your cost.    If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at [email protected], making sure to include your order number and I’ll see what can be done.

Return policy

Damaged items:

The manufacturer will eat the cost. So, No worries.

If an order arrives damaged, please get in touch with a photo within a week’s time!   

Wrong size:

I’ve made sure to include sizing charts for everything sold on 2218, for both of our sakes. So, please make good use of them.

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. 

Though rare, it is entirely possible that the garment was  mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.    If you’d like a different size, get in touch with us at [email protected] and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.
